Order Information
Pickup in Store:
When your order is ready, you will receive an email with collection instructions. There are no fixed collection times - just come whenever you like after receiving your confirmation.
Free Local Delivery:
We offer FREE Local Delivery every Friday to Papamoa / Mount Maunganui / Tauranga. (Minimum order $15). Just enter your address at the checkout and choose Local Delivery as the Shipping method.
Deliveries will usually take place between 18.00 and 21.00. Last orders until 16.00.
We also offer FREE delivery to Te Puke every day between Monday and Friday. Orders for Te Puke will be delivered the next working day after they have been received.
We cannot offer specific timeslots, but if you will receive an email when we start our rounds.
We may reschedule deliveries due to high demand or adverse weather conditions. You will notified if this is the case.
Nationwide Shipping:
Our courier will send you an email with tracking information when your order has been collected.
Expected Delivery Times:
North Island: 1-3 working days after collection.
South Island: 2-4 working days after collection.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 3 days on top of standard delivery times.*
*Please note, Rural Delivery addresses are subject to a surcharge and cannot be processed until this has been paid. If you have a Rural Delivery address, you must select the Rural Delivery shipping option. Alternatively, you can arrange to have your parcel delivered by Standard Courier Delivery to a non-rural Supermarket or Post Office to save money.
