Return & Refund Policy

 

  • Change of mind: We’re sorry, but we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a product.
  • Faulty or damaged products: If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please get in touch with us. We’ll either replace the item or give you a refund, as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
  • How to claim: If you believe your product has an issue, email us at hola@ruteros.nz within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number, details, and (if possible) a photo of the issue.
  • Condition of return: Please keep the product in its original packaging if we ask you to send it back. We’ll cover return shipping costs if the product is faulty.
