Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

•  We do our best to pack and send your orders promptly and carefully, but once a parcel is with the courier, delivery times are in their hands.

• We’ll always help track down a missing order if needed. Please make sure your delivery details are correct when you place your order – we can’t refund for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

• Orders going to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses require an additional courier surcharge. If your address is classed as Rural Delivery, please select the correct shipping option at checkout. Otherwise, the RD surcharge will be added to your invoice and must be paid before your order can be shipped.

Please note: Rural Delivery classifications are set by NZ Post and the couriers, not by us. Even if your address looks “close to town,” if the courier marks it as RD, the surcharge will still apply.
